 Saglo Development has announced that Hennessey Construction of St. Petersburg has been selected as general contractor for a major renovation of Palm Harbor Shops. Scheduled to begin the first of May, the project is expected to take four months to complete.

 “This renovation truly represents our continued commitment to not only providing our tenants with an exceptional facility but providing the community of Palm Harbor a superior and unique shopping experience.” said Jack Glottmann, President of Saglo Development.

When finished, Palm Harbor Shops will feature a modern façade, new landscaping and a lighthouse at the south end that will become a landmark in the area. William Hamilton Arthur Architecture created the new look for Palm Harbor Shops. “This is an extremely exciting and dramatic design.” said Bruce Arthur of WHA. “The transformation will be incredible.”
