Saglo Announces Acquisition of InterAmerican Plaza

Saglo Development has announced the acquisition of InterAmerican Plaza, a 163,129 square foot office building in the heart of the City of Miami. Sitting on almost two acres of land, this landmark 14-story office tower is located at the northeast corner of SW 27th Ave and SW 8th Street, centrally positioned between Coral Cables and Downtown Miami. Major tenants include Miami Dade Community College, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and Switchboard of Miami, which compliment the variety of professional and administrative tenants that call InterAmerican Plaza home.
