Renovation Complete at Flamingo Park Plaza!

After more than three years of planning and construction, the renovation of Flamingo Park Plaza is complete. The stunning transformation from 1980’s style pink to a white, green, and silver art deco design represents the vision of architect Bruce Arthur of WHA Architects. “Flamingo Park Plaza is now one of the finest, if not most beautiful, shopping centers in South Florida. I am extremely pleased with the finished product and how closely it resembles our original concept” said Arthur.
Jack Glottmann, owner of Flamingo Plaza, says “I am thrilled with the results and the efforts of both WHA Architects and Sun Con Construction, our General Contractor. It is amazing to think where we came from and the product we have now. After an 18 month construction period, our tenants are extremely happy with the new building.”
In addition to its many retail stores, Flamingo Park Plaza is the home to CAC Medical Center, Navarro Discount Pharmacy, Rent A Center, Subway, Ace Check Cashing and American General Finance. Flamingo Park Plaza also is home to a variety of medical offices and continues to lease spaces to incoming doctors, whose offices are being built-to-suit.
