Saglo sells Vista Shopping Center

A Saglo related entity sold Vista Shopping Center last week.  The immediate trade area boasts a very dense population of young families that continues to grow.  The majority of tenants at the property perform very well.  The Publix shopping center across the street, County Club Plaza, sold at strong pricing which prompted Jack Glottmann, Saglo’s CEO, to consider selling Vista Shopping Center.  Saul Glottmann, the founder of Saglo, built the shopping center in the mid 1980’s and was one of the longest held assets in Saglo’s portfolio.  By unlocking the equity that was built while owning this property for the last 30 years, Saglo plans to acquire many more shopping centers across the Southeast thus diversifying the geography of its holdings as well as increasing the size of the portfolio!
