12 tidbits of New News from Saglo.

  1. We are now leasing Pinecrest Plaza located on South Dixie Highway and 117th This is the only Whole Foods anchored shopping center in Miami with available space.  It is in the 2nd highest income retail market in Miami (over $115,000). 
  2. We are now leasing Florida City Shops located on South Dixie Hwy near the end of the Florida’s Turnpike. We are in front of Walmart Super Center and Golden Corral servicing an area from Homestead to the Florida Keys.   Strong traffic and visibility!
  3. We are now Leasing Coral Way Plaza located on Coral Way and 87th Avenue anchored by Babies R Us and Winn Dixie. This is a powerful main and main  intersection shared with Publix, Walmart and Ross. 
  4. We are now leasing Corisca Square located in Country Walk (152nd St & 157th Ave) anchored by Publix. Strong growth projected in the near future with inline and endcap opportunity available.
  5. We are now leasing Shops at 147th and Shops at 149th located in North Miami along West Dixie Hwy. One of the few retail opportunities in Miami that can be leased for under $18 PSF and be within a 10 minute drive to Aventura, Sunny Isles and Biscayne Blvd Corridor.

  10. Saglo represented Super Wash and Dry laundry in a 10-year lease with Colonial Shopping Center, a Publix anchored property leased by Crossman & Co. We will be looking for an additional location in 2015.

  12. Saglo has started implementing DocuSign technology for added convenience and speed to its clients.
