2019 South Florida Independent Retailer Awards Fact Sheet

We have been strong proponents for Independent Retailers all of our careers. As a whole they will always out-number the national chains and they are the ones that make neighborhoods unique, special and authentic. Beth and Hue have spoken to tens of thousands of Independent Retailers over the last decade and are always astonished by the endless creativity and passion that the owners of these businesses possess. While they are an important and integral piece of the commercial real estate industry, our industry has not given enough recognition to these entrepreneurs.
We decided to change that with these Awards.

Today’s retail world is rapidly evolving. Consumers are more demanding than ever. We have seen the consequences of large corporations not adapting fast enough, or at all. Independent Retailers, dialed-in to the specific needs of their target customers, have shown us that they are the key to our future asset value. As evident by our fabulous committed sponsor and early registrations, you all agree!

Thank you to all that have supported us
