- Multi tenant shopping centers larger than 50,000 SF and costing between $4,000,000 – $40,000,000.
- Located in major MSA’s in Florida, Atlanta MSA, Charlotte MSA, Raleigh MSA, and Dallas MSA.
- Strong Market fundamentals including strong population growth, great economic drivers in the immediate trade area, and the proper ratio of retail to the population.
- Strong Property fundamentals including easy access and excellent visibility.
- Shopping centers needs to be at least 75% occupied with at least 50% of the occupied gross leaseable area being credit/national/regional tenants.
