- Located in major MSA’s in Florida, Atlanta MSA, Charlotte MSA, Raleigh MSA, Greenville MSA, Asheville MSA, Charleston MSA, Savannah MSA, Austin/Fort Worth MSA, Dallas MSA, Birmingham MSA, Montgomery MSA, Huntsville MSA, Nashville MSA, Norfolk MSA, and Louisville MSA.
- At least 75% occupancy
- Must have positive population growth and low-crime rate.
