St. Petersburg market keeps growing!
When Saglo invested in St. Petersburg with the purchase of Central Plaza, we analyzed the market and realized that this is one of the best places to invest in the Tampa area. Now, we can see how others agreed and are also putting their efforts for the growth of this beautiful city.
Val Pak has decided to relocate their headquarters from Largo to St. Petersburg. With this move, Valpak will be in the same town as its 20-acre manufacturing facility.
Around 325 employees will move to the building located at the Baypoint Commerce Center, which represents a $5 million investment in the area.
Also expanding in the city is St. Petersburg College (SPC). Their Midtown facility had begun a second phase of construction. The completion of the project will be by March 2015 with a $14 million investment.
